How does dispatch and turnaround work?
Qualifying in-stock promotional jobs dispatch in five working days from approved proof and cleared deposit. Branded apparel follows the supplier's lead time — typically 5–7 working days for event branding and 10–12 for apparel. Your quote states the date, and we do not quote five days against a ten-day supplier.
How does payment and deposit work?
A 60% deposit confirms the order and starts production; the balance clears before dispatch. First-order 30-day accounts and cash-on-delivery are not part of our terms.
How does ordering and proof work?
Send the brief: product, sizes, quantity, date and artwork. Production begins after written approval of the digital artwork proof and bank clearance of the 60% deposit. Vector cleanup is included, and the digital proof leaves this desk before anything is decorated. Embroidery when a slot fits the quoted date; otherwise DTF or print.
What if something arrives wrong?
Report any quantity or blank defect in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt, with photographs, and we will make it right.
How does sourcing and suppliers work?
We buy against your order, so your money is not sitting in someone else's warehouse. Trade houses we can actually buy from that day — including Vic Bay and Mass Supply, with Amrod, Barron and National Flag in parallel. A human quotes in one business day, subject to stock at confirmation.
What is Inkwell Creative's B-BBEE standing?
Inkwell Creative is a 100% Black-owned Exempted Micro Enterprise claiming Level 1 B-BBEE, which carries 135% procurement recognition. EME Level 1 status rests on a commissioned sworn affidavit — never a SANAS certificate or a certified audit.
How is personal information handled?
The responsible party is Inkwell Creative, a South African branding and promotional procurement firm trading from Gauteng. We process to reply to an enquiry, quote subject to stock at confirmation, take a 60% deposit and approved proof, decorate, run the Quality Gate, and dispatch on the quoted date. You may ask whether we hold your personal information and access it, and ask us to correct or delete it when it is inaccurate, excessive, or no longer needed. The Information Officer is the person holding that job title, at the privacy mailbox. This site does not set analytics cookies and does not run a marketing pixel, a tag manager, or a third-party analytics script.
